Scope of Application for Entrepreneurs and Definitions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all services offered between MAXMOSTLYVISIONS and a consumer

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity

Conclusion of Contract through Agreement of a Photoshoot // Data Storage

The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to the photoshoot with MAXMOSTLYVISIONS

In the case of a scheduling agreement, the contract is concluded with

By agreeing to and carrying out the photoshoot, the customer enters into a paid contract and will receive an invoice

The process of the photoshoot follows these steps:

Inquiry and appointment agreement via Instagram, WhatsApp or Email
Completion of a rights transfer for recordings
Photoshoot in 844 Studios or On Location
Receipt of invoice via email
Photo editing
Delivery of the images via Picdrop

Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

Prices do not include statutory VAT, as MAXMOSTLYVISIONS is applying regulations under § 19 UStG (GER)

The consumer has the option to pay via PayPal, bank transfer, or in cash

Deposit / Cancellation

Free rescheduling for family or illness-related reasons are acceptable once

Family or illness-related cancellation of the photoshoot: 50% refund of deposit

Non-attendance without cancellation of the appointment: 0% refund of deposit
